DNA Sequencing?
DNA sequencing is the process of determining the nucleic acid sequence – the order of nucleotides in DNA. It includes any method or technology that is used to determine the order of the four bases: adenine, guanine, cytosine, and thymine.
Which method is used for sequencing of DNA?
There are two main types of DNA sequencing:

The older, classical chain termination method is called the Sanger method.

Newer methods that can process a large number of DNA molecules quickly are collectively called Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) methods.
